I did toy with the idea of transferring to another company after my one year contract ended, only to reduce my expenses. Are they expensive? Well, it's all about perspective. If cost is your main concern, consider what it costs not getting it right the first time. I got it right the first time with Medical Web Experts, surprisingly realized after a lot of shopping around, that I was right where I needed to be all along.
I have found everyone at Medical Web Experts to be courteous, supportive, and helpful--consistently. They respond to update requests within 3 days, which works fine for my needs. If you are able to identify your own expectations and communicate clearly, this is the company you want to assist you in implementing your website presence. If you need someone to hold your hand every detailed step of the way in creating and developing your website vision, then this is not the company for you. But if that were the case, you probably wouldn't be an entrepreneur, would you?"
