Here are three simple things your healthcare business can do to hang on to existing patients and to keep them coming back for more:

1. Establish a personal connection.

To build loyalty you first need to establish trust – and the only way to gain the trust of your patients is to earn it. Thanks for the tips. Can’t wait to try out that Benchmark e-mail service. We used to send postcards out to patients – for birthdays, reminders, etc. but everything is done electronically now. I’m sure patients would really appreciate getting notifications by e-mail instead.

Yeah, you’re right. You don’t need a big effort to keep your actual patients happy and loyal to your practice. I don’t know why, but it’s absolutely true that organizations (not just healthcare companies) are always trying to attract new costumers, and tend to forget about the ones they already have.
